Our Experienced advisors we'll register your claim straight away. if you wish to register a claim outside of business hours please go to our helplines Section and you will find a 24hr emergency number for your insurer. Please have your policy documents to hand.

If you have suffered a break-in or lost any property outside your home – call the Police straight away, and make a note of the crime reference number.

It will help if you can estimate the cost of repair or replacement of the items concerned.

For all large claims, we'll arrange for a claims adviser or loss adjuster to visit you as soon as possible.
