 After working for a major insurer for many years, Steve Loud established Park Insurance Services in 1983. Two years later the Company acquired Ralph Owen & Co, which included a small portfolio of travelling showmens' insurance business. Since then, Steve has developed the Showmens' Account into one of the largest showmen accounts both in the UK and overseas. He also has underwriting authority to accept business on behalf of a number of specialist insurers. |

 Marc joined his Father in the family business in 1993. He initially worked on small commercial business development and in 1997 identified an opportunity to create a series of specialist insurance products, starting with the hair and beauty industry. He is now responsible for the entire commercial operation at Park, including Salon Secure (which has over 3,000 clients, some with celebrity status) and Secure Underwriting, a specialist division which places business on behalf of other brokers. Marc is currently working towards completion of his associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute. |

Scott Garraway |

After starting his career as a clerk for a Bristol-based insurance broker in 1993, Scott progressed to a head office manager position and then to Company Manager in 2000. He was recruited by Park in 2005 to expand its non-scheme commercial insurance portfolio. This has proved to be a success and Scott is now is responsible for developing both existing and establishing new insurer facilities. |

 Catherine began her career in 1983 for Kinsley & Sons Insurance Brokers, who then became part of Hill House Hammond in 1985. She fulfilled several roles with Hill House, including Sales Advisor, Assistant Manager and, finally, Branch Manager, a position she held for 2 years until the birth of her first child. Catherine resumed her insurance career with Park and now assists with the management of the firm’s Thornbury office. |

 Hayley’s career started at NIG in the Commercial Department, later becoming a Junior Commercial Underwriter. She joined Park in 2003 to strengthen the Personal Lines team. After a period of maternity leave, Hayley rejoined the firm in 2007 and is now an assistant in the Commercial Department. Hayley is currently studying for her Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications. |

Neil Williams FCII |

Neil’s career began in 1962 with an Insurer who became part of the Royal Insurance Group. After achieving his FCII (the Industry’s highest professional qualification), he continued his career at the Royal in various corporate risk capacities, dealing with leisure accounts from 1971. In 1978, he joined the board of broker Black, Portch and Swain Ltd, with responsibility for development of the Company’s leisure account. Following the sale of the Company, Neil moved to Martin Bown & Co Ltd in 1992 and then to Park in 2004. He has a wealth of experience and technical expertise in many aspects of insurance, including commercial and liability risks in which he has specialised for over 40 years.

Gordon joined Neil Williams in 2004, with 40 years experience in insurance, beginning at the Royal in 1966. He achieved the position of General Business Inspector before joining an insurance broker in Norfolk as Commercial Manager, dealing with all aspects of commercial insurance, including new and existing business. He then became General Manager of a Leicester broker, dealing with claims and accounts, as well as commercial business production. He became a director there in 1989 and after a period of time at Hill House Hammond, joined Park in 2004.

 Kevin enjoyed a successful 25-year career with Eagle Star, culminating in the role of Business Development Manager for the insurer’s South West Region. He joined Park in 1990 specifically to develop the Salon Secure insurance product range for the hair and beauty industry. Kevin now heads up the Salon Secure Department.
